Your information is required to register for and participate in events and to receive up-to-date information from FHC (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) and f) DSGVO).
In addition, when you participate in trainings, we may collect statistics for matching with registrations whether and at what time you participated in the event. The legal basis for this is also Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 f) DSGVO.

We use external service providers for data processing, who support us in the implementation of any training (e.g. in the operation of the training administration and in the sending of emails). Furthermore, we regularly involve selected cooperation partners at our events who have access to the participant lists via our registration system. The information that can be viewed is limited to name, company and position. The data may not be used for other/external purposes.
We store data for as long as you wish to receive information and invitations to events or we wish to remain in contact with you.
You can request information about the data stored about you and have the right to receive a copy of your data. In addition, you can request deletion or correction of your data or restriction of the processing of your data in justified cases. The processing of the images (collection, storage and forwarding to third parties) is based on the explicit consent of the person(s) concerned or the person's legal guardian(s) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) letter a GDPR within the scope of the purpose of consent.
The images will be passed on to the users within the scope of the consent. Furthermore, the images will be passed on to the commissioned agencies for the creation and publication of print (publications), if applicable.
